Terms and Conditions

1. Who We Are
ZD Visa is operated by ZD Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
ZD Visa ("we", "us", "our") is a South African visa document-preparation and staff-assisted application service. We help clients prepare, check, and submit supporting documents for visa applications to Schengen, United Kingdom, and United States authorities via the relevant visa application centres (VACs) or government portals. We are not a government agency, a law firm, or an immigration consultancy, and we do not make visa decisions.
2. The Nature of Our Service
2.1. We provide document preparation, checklist guidance, OCR-assisted data capture, staff review of your documents, and — where applicable — manual submission of your application on your behalf via the relevant visa application centre or government portal.
2.2. We do not work for, represent, or have any special relationship with any embassy, consulate, VAC, or government department. We have no influence over, and make no representations about, the outcome of any visa application.
2.3. Any interview or appointment date shown to you is obtained from the relevant government or VAC system and may change without notice. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third parties.
2.4. Attending your visa interview or appointment (where required) remains your own responsibility. We will remind you of known dates but cannot attend on your behalf.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of every document and piece of information you provide to us. We rely on what you submit and do not independently verify facts such as your employment, income, or travel history.
3.2. Providing false, forged, or misleading documents or information is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service immediately if we reasonably suspect any document or information provided is fraudulent.
3.3. You must respond to requests for additional documents or information in good time. Delays in providing requested items may delay your application or, where a submission deadline cannot reasonably be met, result in your application not being submitted.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. Our service fees are shown to you before payment and cover document preparation, review, and submission assistance. Government fees, embassy fees, VAC service fees, courier fees, and any other third-party costs are separate, are set by those third parties, and are not controlled by us.
4.2. Payment is processed through our payment partners (currently Yoco and Ozow). We do not store your card details.
4.3. Our fees are for the service of preparing and submitting your application, not for a guaranteed outcome. Fees are earned once the relevant stage of work (as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy) has been performed.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
5.1. Visa approval or refusal is decided solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority, based on criteria we do not control.
5.2. We make no promises, express or implied, about the likelihood of approval, processing times, or interview outcomes. Any general information we provide about requirements or processes is for guidance only and does not constitute legal or immigration advice.
5.3. Nothing on this website or provided by our staff should be interpreted as legal advice. If you require legal advice regarding your immigration status or application, you should consult a qualified immigration lawyer or authorised immigration adviser in the relevant jurisdiction.
6. Referral and Agency Programmes
6.1. Where you use a referral code or link from an approved agency or individual referrer, a discount may apply to your fee and a commission may be paid to the referrer. This does not affect the price of government or third-party fees, and does not affect how your application is processed.
6.2. Referral and agency relationships are subject to separate terms provided to referrers and agencies at sign-up.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of travel bookings, accommodation costs, loss of income, or loss of opportunity, arising from a visa refusal, delay, or change in appointment date.
7.2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our service is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the relevant application.
7.3. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where applicable.
8. Communication
8.1. By using our service, you consent to receiving service-related communications via WhatsApp, email, and SMS, including document requests, status updates, and appointment reminders.
8.2. We use pre-approved message templates for WhatsApp notifications and will never state a final visa decision outcome via WhatsApp message; you will be directed to log in to view any decision-related update.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to ZD Solutions (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
